Preferred Upload Host (mediafire, megaupload, 4shared, etc.):
**My standard upload host I use is 4shared, so don't forget to include in the form your preferred host if you do not wish to download from 4shared. If you don't know how to use 4shared, send me an email! ^^
Also, if any of my uploaded files are broken, please notify me, and I will reupload. C:
